1.) WHEN WILL YOU BE SHIPPING MY ITEM?
We usually ship within 1 to 2 days of recieving your payment (except on weekends). On rare occasions, it could take up to three days to ship (when we're swamped, or before a holiday). If we anticipate any delay with the shipment we will notify you by email. All of our shipping methods include insurance and delivery confirmation.

2.) WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Normal delivery time frames are 3-5 business days for the Eastern USA, 4-6 business days for the Central USA, and 5-7 business days for the Western USA. ***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Canadian Shipping can take 10 to 20 business days, so please do not bid if you are in a rush to receive your item.

3.) HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE?
Shipping is FREE in the USA & Canada. There is a small surcharge for international shipping. Please contact us directly for the shipping charge to your location.

4.) ARE MY PURCHASES GUARANTEED?
We provide an unconditional 30 day guarantee against defects. If your item is defective or damaged in shipping, email us to let us know, and send it back for a full refund INCLUDING shipping, or a replacement (your choice). If you are simply not happy with the item, you can still return it for a full refund, but not including shipping.

5.) WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We have a very low percentage of problems with our items, however, if you experience any problem at all, either with shipping or the item itself, please contact us by email, or at our toll-free number 1-800-783-0870 and leave a message on our voicemail system . We respond to all email and phone inquiries within 24 hours or less.

6.) CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM?
We currently do not offer pick-up service at our location. All of our items must be shipped to your address.

7.) WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We prefer payment by PayPal or Goggle Checkout. It helps us ship your item faster, and offers both buyer and seller protection, however we do accept both Personal Checks and Money Orders as well. We do not accept Western Union, MoneyGrams or Money Wires.

8.) WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We use only the US Postal Service for our shipping. Your item will be sent by either First Class, Priority Mail, Media Mail, or Parcel Post, depending on the item. Please refer to the auction for the item's shipping details. Canadian shipment will be sent via USPS First Class Mail, again as stated on the item's shipping details.
